Cake of blueberries and goat’s cheese
Ingredients
- 375 grams of flower
- 200 grams of sugar
- 115 grams of dairy butter
- 10 grams of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 600 grams of blueberries
- 300 grams of goat's cheese
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 10 grams of corn starch
Preparation
Step 1
Dough: Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature and mix everything into a crumble. This resembles the dough of an apple pie, but a little drier.
Step 2
Stuffing: Cut the goat’s cheese into small cubes and mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
Step 3
Cake: Divide half of the crumble in a baking tin and press it down.
Step 4
Cake: Scoop the stuffing onto the doughy base.
Step 5
Cake: Cover it with the remainder of the crumble.
Step 6
Cake: Preheat the oven for a short period of time and bake the cake for about 45 minutes at 180 °C.

Cheese burger with North Holland cheese
Ingredients
- half a courgette
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 pickels
- 4 buns, such as Italian buns
- 4 fresh hamburgers
- 1 table spoon oil
- 8 slices of cured North Holland cheese
- 4 table spoons baked onions
- lettuce
- wholegrain mustard
- Mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the courgette, tomatoes and pickles into slices. Also cut the buns in half and preheat the oven at 180°C.
Step 2
Bake the courgette slices in a grill pan with a splash of oil until they have a nice grilled edge. Then also grill the hamburgers in the same pan for about 2 minutes on both sides.
Step 3
Cook the hamburgers for another approximately 5 minutes in the oven and slightly grill the buns you have already cut in half in the grill pan until both are coloured light brown.
Step 4
Build the hamburgers as follows: lettuce, tomato, sliced of cured North Holland cheese, mustard and mayonnaise, courgette, pickle and the fried onions.

Tortilla with Farmer’s cheese, tomato and pineapple
Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- half a pineapple
- 1 table spoon of dried oregano
- fresh oregano
- 2 thick slices Farmer’s cheese
- 1 green pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the pineapple, cut it into slices and then into smaller cubes. Cut the onions into small segments and the tomato into slices.
Step 2
Place the tortilla in a small oven-proof round bowl. Fill the tortilla with the pieces of pineapple, slices of tomato and onion segments and season it with pepper, salt and oregano.
Step 3
Place half a thick slice of Farmer’s cheese on top of it.
Step 4
Shred the pepper into small rings and divide it over the tortillas.
Step 5
Place in a oven preheated at 200 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish with fresh oregano.
